HOW REFERRALS WORK

Submit a Referral
Send us the details of the individual who needs housing, their circumstances, urgency, and any specific requirements. You can reach us by phone or email, 24 hours a day.

We Find the Match
We assess the referral against our network of available properties and providers - matching on suitability, location, and accommodation type (emergency, PRS, or supported).

Placement Confirmed
We liaise with the provider and coordinate the handover. You receive confirmation of placement and we remain the point of contact throughout.
