NIGHTLY. PRIVATE RENTED. SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION.
You deserve a
safe home.
Arvoss House works with councils to find safe, suitable accommodation for people who need it, across the UK. If your council has referred you to us, here's what you need to know.
If you haven't yet spoken to your council, that's the first step. They'll refer you to us if we can help.
ℹ️
How referrals work
Arvoss House works through council referrals, we don't take self-referrals directly. If you need housing and aren't yet in contact with your local authority, please reach out to them first. They will refer you to us if we're able to help. If you're already referred, read on.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Your council contacts us
Your Local Authority sends us your details and tells us what kind of accommodation you need. You don't need to do anything at this stage, they handle the referral.
You're contacted with details
We move quickly. Our network of providers means we can often match and confirm placements without delay.
We find a suitable match
We look through our network of available properties to find one that's right for you. The right type, right location, and right level of support if needed.
You move in
We coordinate everything to make the move as smooth as possible. You shouldn't have to deal with lots of different people. We manage the process so you can focus on settling in.
What to expect.
TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION
The kinds of homes we find.
Emergency & Nightly Accommodation
If you need somewhere to stay urgently, emergency accommodation provides a safe place while a longer-term solution is arranged.
Private Rented Sector (PRS) Homes
These are privately rented properties placed through your council. They offer stable, longer-term housing in a real home environment.
Supported Accommodation
For young people working towards living independently. Arvoss House is Ofsted registered to provide supported accommodation, and we also work with a network of other Ofsted registered providers. This type of accommodation gives you a safe, structured environment as you develop the skills and confidence for independent life.
